"Have you ever been super motivated about something, only to feel that motivation slowly slip away?" yup, it's a brutal feeling, and I've noticed that it's often accompanied by a rationalization of why that "thing" is no longer worth pursuing.

Brutal is a pretty accurate description. I go through the same process every now and then, and looking back is hard, especially when I realized it was worth pursuing.

Sometimes that feeling you describe comes because we tell ourselves we are either not capable or worth to pursue our goals. At that point we need to change our internal narrative.

In your case, have you been able to push through? If yes, what has helped you to keep going? If no, what would you do differently?
